What is a Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report?

A Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDI) is an inspection report that indicates visible and not visible evidence of wood destroying insects such as Termites, Powderpost Beetles, Carpenter Ants and other wood destroying insects. We use the National Pest Management Association Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report NPMA-33 form. This is not a structural damage report. This report may also include recommend treatment options and further action items if structural infesting insects are found.
